It seems that this service has been disconnected or cancelled. However there is still one of the numbers actively working. The phone number for free international call is (218) 339-1986. When you google the number you will see this number belongs to www.jazango.com (which is also offline) and www.futurephone.com.
Now none of them are working at all. Seems they got in trouble with the FCC and all of their phone numbers are not active. If anyone knows any new 411 please post here.
